10.0Everything! I loved everything about the house from the view from the bedroom window to the delicious breakfast and comfortable bed . Loved the attention to detail and how everything had had loving thought.

Lovely Grasmere stay
8.0Our bedroom was lovely and bathroom very modern. Great amenities - the body wash, conditioner and hand wash are a great, local brand! Lovely tea and coffee facilities in the room. Very clean and tidy. Nice to have the living room and garden space. We also had a takeaway and ate it in the dining room one night which was handy. Location is brilliant for both walking and visiting Grasmere and Ambleside.
− The bed was too firm for us and we couldn't sleep with the window open as it was very noisy with cars going past. The WiFi connection wasn't strong enough to use throughout our stay.
Fabulous location on the edge of town with only a short walk to dinner and very quiet.
