9.0Alderdale is in the perfect location to experience Lake Lomond and Luss. Out of the 7 B & B's I stayed in during a two week trip, Alderdale had the most comfortable bed. The bed was amazing. We really enjoyed Alderdale and it was a great way to kick off a two week trip through Scotland.
− This is the first B & B I have experienced that had a "make your own breakfast" in the room. This may be standard in Scotland, because over the next two weeks I had the same experience in other B & B's. Only one had a hot, made to order breakfast in a cozy, separate dining room. I did like that there were many options and plenty of food provided at Alderdale.
