3.0Jediné, co se nám na ubytování líbilo byla lokalita hotelu.
− Cena ubytování naprosto neodpovídá kvalitě. Naprosto minimální výběr snídaně. Měli jsme opravdu malý pokoj, okna nešla otevřít, výhled nulový. Na pokoji jsme měli v koupelně šváby. Když jsme s tímto problémem přišli za personálem, paní se s úsměvem omluvila. Žádné řešení nenabídla. Pokoj vyměnit nešel, žádné místo už prý neměli. Peněžní kompenzaci taktéž nenabídla. Jediné co nabídla po té co jsme se my zeptali na jiná řešení, bylo vystříkání pokoje. Koupelna poměrně dost zapáchala po celou dobu pobytu. Opravdu bych se zamyslela nad cenou ubytování vzhledem ke kvalitě pokoje i personálu.
