SE ALQUILA SOLO MEDIA VIVIENDA
3.0− Apenas unos días antes de acudir a nuestro viaje se nos informó, sin que apareciese en la página web de Booking ni en la reserva, que en el apartamento de arriba habría otras personas, y, por si fuera poco, a nosotros, un grupo de seis adultos y un niño, nos dieron el "apartamento" de abajo que más bien es un garaje reformado, y quizás menos que eso. Si por ello también fuese poco nos exigían el pago de una fianza de 150,00 € que tampoco aparecía por ningún lado, fianza que nos negamos a pagar y que por supuesto no pagamos finalmente. Añadiendo aún más sorpresas, el apartamento lo gestionan, por lo menos tres personas diferentes, a las que tienes que hablar para que te den las llaves, sábanas, toallas o cualquier asunto y además el pago de la fianza, que nosotros, insisto, nos negamos a abonar, es a otra persona diferente y mediante bizum, confianza ninguna con los el o los propietarios, aún desconocemos cuánta gente lo gestiona. La ubicación está muy bien, pero no compensa el compartir una vivienda con desconocidos y dormir en un zulo sin apenas luz ni ventilación, y sin que constase en ningún sitio que se compartía la vivienda. Nada recomendable.
