9.0Bardzo przyjemny pobyt na Jurze. W obiekcie jest czysto, wszystko działa bez zarzutu. Teren wokół domu jest zadbany i zagospodarowany. Gospodarz jest sympatyczny i pomocny. Pokój okazał się troszkę mały, ale jest wspólna kuchnia. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa na rowery i piesze wędrówki. Polecam.

10.0Wszystko na plus! Żałujemy, ze byliśmy tam tak krótko 👍 cisza, spokój, widok, bliskość zamku ! W planach mamy powrot na dłużej 😃 niczego nie brakowało! Polecamy 👍👍

3.0Lokalizacja, czystość i widok na ruiny zamku🙂
− Nie polecam tego obiektu ze względu na kompletny brak podejścia pro‑gość. Po zameldowaniu gospodyni zapytała czy mamy ręczniki, mimo że są one standardem w zarezerwowanym pokoju. Po około dwóch godzinach od przyjazdu, ta sama Pani, zadzwoniła do nas i powiedziała abyśmy wróciły do pokoju bo jak określiła „dała nam niewłaściwy” i musimy go opuścić ze względu na to , że inni Państwo więcej zapłacili i że powinnyśmy same wiedzieć po zdjęciach z booking, że to nie ten, który rezerwowałyśmy. Byłyśmy wtedy poza obiektem, więc zmiana była dla nas problematyczna. Padła absurdalna propozycja przeniesienia naszych rzeczy pod naszą nieobecność — na co kategorycznie się nie zgodziłyśmy. Usłyszałyśmy, że „robimy problem”, „nie chcemy pomóc” i że mamy „wysokie ego”. Cała sytuacja była skrajnie nieprofesjonalna. Zdecydowanie nie polecam — brak szacunku, chaos organizacyjny i obwinianie gości za błędy obsługi.
