L'aide apportée par la conseillère de Booking face au problème
− La location dans laquelle nous sommes arrivées ne correspondait aux photos de celle pour laquelle j'avais effectué la réservation. Le logement devait disposer de 3 chambre alors qu'une seule chambre était ouverte à notre arrivée, les autres étant fermées à clé. Il nous a fallu attendre une heure et demie pour qu'on vienne nous ouvrir une 2eme chambre après bien des difficultés à echanger avec le propriétaire du fait que je ne parle pas l'espagnol

La casa agradable, cómoda y muy calentita. La ubicación excelente. Las camas cómodas y confortables. Los dormitorios tenían calefacción y en la casa había una estufa de pellets y una chimenea. La cocina tenía de todo.

Todo genial, la atención, la localización y la limpieza estupendas. La casa es preciosa y acogedora, hasta el punto de preferir pasar más tiempo del previsto en ella, está a 1 minuto de la Plaza España de Grazalema, es perfecto. Y la gente de aquí la hace aún más especial.❤️

− Beds were not that comfy for us. It was cold when we stayed in April so we needed the pellets burner and the chimney.
