9.0La ubicación es muy buena ya que la casa se sitúa en un entorno natural con acceso inmediato al barrio judío de Hervás, aunque al ser un lugar de tránsito puede ser algo ruidosa.
− Quizá el número de plazas de aparcamiento. Siempre estaban ocupadas y en los alrededores tampoco era fácil encontrar un lugar para aparcar.

9.0La casa está al lado de un río donde te puedes bañar, aparte, para estar 5 personas el salón es muy cómodo y amplio
− El único contra que pondría seria el hecho de que hay muchas telarañas tanto debajo de las camas como en las esquinas de la casa, aparte de los bichos, solo en ese punto de la limpieza deberían mejorar, lo demás estaba muy limpio
Hervas merece mucho la pena
