10.0Borgo meraviglioso. Vista montagne uno spettacolo. Piscina pulita e attrezzata. A disposizione un barbecue in uno spazio esterno con tavolino e sedie. Luogo poco distante per fare molte gite o passeggiate nei boschi.

9.0Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana in Umbria e abbiamo scelto questo posto come alloggio. I suoi punti di forza sono il silenzio assoluto, l’aria fresca e pulita, e l'appartamento, impeccabile nella pulizia. Il signor Giuseppe è una presenza gentile e premurosa. Si dorme bene, senza bisogno di climatizzatore o ventilatore. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono una piscina invitante, un barbecue, tavolini e sedie in giardino, un panorama mozzafiato e, per gli appassionati di astrofisica, uno spettacolo serale indimenticabile: il cielo stellato, con costellazioni come Cassiopea chiaramente visibili.
− Il monolocale al piano terra ha un bellissimo soffitto in legno, però si presta facilmente alla trasmissione di rumori dal piano superiore
