1.0− Зо добу до заїзду об’єкт оренди намагався змінити дати мого бронювання, а саме перенести бронювання на тиждень. При цьому було зазначено, що у випадку моєї незгоду бронювання залишиться незмінним. Я повідомила про незгоду. Для перестраховки, знайшла контакт об’єкта оренди самостійно в інтернеті (на сайті booking.com контактів, нажаль, не було), зателефонувала і дізналася, що об’єкт оренди на ремонті і ніяк не може мене прийняти. При цьому альтернативних варіантів поселення ніхто не пропонував.
Жахливо, залишився без комфортно ночівлі.
