7.0Boa localização, boa limpeza, boa decoração, AC a funcionar, boa varanda com vista.
− Cobrar o acesso à piscina do alojamento, a 10€ por pesssoa/ dia, parece-me injustificável, por isso nunca se viu uma única pessoa a usar a piscina, é usada praticamente apenas para decoração e chamariz de potenciais clientes. O quarto não estando ainda desconfortável, necessita claramente de manutenção: portas dos roupeiro que não funcionam, paredes com tinta a descascar. Pode ser melhorado com um investimento baixo, pois melhora a experiência dos hóspedes.
