La vue est superbe la maison très jolie et confortable

− Pas mal de chiens qui aboient la nuit et assez tôt le matin difficile pour un réveil tardif

L’emplacement stratégique

− Description erronée: il est indiqué 5 chambres alors que sur place il n’y a que 4 chambres. 2 salles de bain au lieu de 3 mentionnées (la 3eme est un simple wc). Moisissures apparentes dans la chambre au dernier étage. Ménage très léger…très poussiéreux, vaisselles sales, humidité +++. Peu de matériels et vaisselles de cuisine. Dégâts des eaux le 2eme jour, certes liés aux conditions climatiques (nettoyage de l’inondation par nos soins, nous locataires : cuisine inondée…) et impossibilité ensuite d’utiliser le lave vaisselle et le lave linge (contraignant lorsque nous sommes à 9 personnes pour 7 jours…). Travaux un matin (l’avant dernier jour) sans information au préalable par les propriétaires: nuisances sonores, coupures d’électricité….Au final les propriétaires n’ont pris en charge que les coûts de la laverie et le coût de 40 assiettes en carton (4€), sans tenir compte des autres préjudices… trajets en voiture pour la laverie (20 minutes aller) vaisselle à la main pour 5 jours pour 9 personnes (super les vacances!) nuisances sonores (travaux sans information préalable dès le matin, sympa avec des ados !) nettoyage de la maison par nos soins suite à l’inondation … les propriétaires ont simplement relevé le jour de l’inondation la présence de 12 personnes au lieu de 9 alors que ma belle sœur, en vacances chez sa belle mère sur Madere était venue nous aider en présence de ses 2 garçons à gérer l’inondation… il nous a été reproché de lui offrir ensuite l’apéro dans la maison! (Après 2 bonnes heures de nettoyage…) honteux…
