This is the largest of the 7 apartments and has a large living room with kitchen area looking out over the terrace above the courtyard. Next door is the en suite double bedroom which also has a private entrance. Chestnut-floored stairs lead up to the upper floor where you can relax with a good book on the white sofa (which can also be turned into a three quarter-size double bed). The whole of this floor also has chestnut floors, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The bedroom with attached bathroom on the upper floor has a double bed with a carved wooden headboard. It also looks out over the courtyard and you can even see the swimming pool.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor. Through a small access room you reach the living room, which preserves the antique charm and the original plasters.During the restoring work a niche was found, which seems to be a walled-in door. The bedroom faces an internal courtyard and the characteristic arcade accompanying the stairs. The headboard of the bed is an ancient painted door, which gives an authentic and refined charm, enhancing the timeless elegance of the rustic charm style. The bathroom features a large 70x130 cm shower.

This apartment has been built out of the old pig pen, and is sheltered by the walls of the internal courtyard. Very intimate and welcoming, the apartment has a comfortable living room with two armchairs. A chestnut-floored staircase leads up to the bedroom whose wardrobe is set in the unused chimney of the old wood-burning oven (which you can admire just by the entrance to the apartment). Either side of the wardrobe there are little windows; there is also a larger window which looks over the shady garden and has a partial view of the swimming pool. The spacious bathroom is on the other side of the upper floor, reached by a walkway which overlooks the courtyard.

Taken from the kitchen of the farmhouse, this is the only apartment which features a fireplace, dating back to the 15th century. The rooms preserve the ancient atmosphere; from the restored original main door, you enter the living room with a kitchenette and a sofa facing the fireplace. The spacious bedroom maintains the original terracotta tiles, houses a wrought-iron bed and incorporates a pure linen tapestry refined with matching trimming. From the bedroom you can access a small entry with a shower and then the bathroom decorated in pastel sky-blue tones.

This very large attic room still has the original characteristics such as the beamed ceiling and flooring. The antique furniture also add to the atmosphere. On the wall opposite the bed there is an inscription, which was written in the 16th century, by one of the friars who used to live there. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a coffee machine and kettle with free teas and infusions. The spacious bathroom offers a large shower cubicle.

Questo luogo ha un fascino autentico che si percepisce fin dal primo momento: ogni dettaglio è curato con gusto e riesce a trasmettere un'atmosfera calda, accogliente e rilassante. L'ospitalità è uno dei suoi punti di forza. I proprietari sanno essere presenti con una gentilezza sincera, senza mai risultare invadenti: una discrezione rara che fa sentire davvero a casa. La colazione è una vera coccola, preparata con grande attenzione e ricca di prodotti di qualità, il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche i preziosi consigli sugli itinerari da scoprire nei dintorni della Tuscia e sulle esperienze gastronomiche da non perdere. I suggerimenti si sono rivelati impeccabili e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale, permettendoci di vivere il territorio in modo autentico. After nearly three weeks of travelling, Il Podere Dell'Arco was exactly what our family needed — a peaceful place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and breathe. It quickly became one of the most memorable stays we have ever experienced. The estate is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by over 5,000 olive trees, beautiful gardens, colourful hydrangeas, and a stunning lavender field that felt like something from a dream. Every corner of the property was special, and the immaculate pool offered the perfect place to relax while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Our suite was beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with rustic charm that perfectly reflected the character of the estate. What truly makes Il Podere Dell'Arco unforgettable is the wonderful family who owns it. Their warmth, passion, and love for the land are visible in everything they do. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our children especially loved spending time with the horses. All three had the opportunity to ride the ponies, creating memories they will always treasure. Their son was incredibly kind and patient with them, and he even showed us the hen house and took us to an amazing viewpoint overlooking the ancient city of Viterbo. Breakfast was exceptional, with homemade products made from fresh ingredients from the estate. We enjoyed eggs from their free-range hens, ricotta with homemade jam, fresh fruit, and delicious cakes, including an unforgettable lavender cake inspired by the surrounding fields. While there, our daughter celebrated her 5th birthday, and the owners surprised her with a beautiful cake and candle. It was a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that meant so much to our family and reflected their genuine kindness. It is rare to find a place where every detail, from the property itself to the hospitality of the people who welcome you, feels so thoughtfully cared for. The estate is not simply a place to stay — it is a place with a soul. The beauty of the land, the peaceful surroundings, the animals, the gardens, and the connection to nature create an atmosphere that is both relaxing and inspiring. Every part of the property reflects the passion and dedication of the family who maintains it. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and kindness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, not as guests, but almost as friends visiting their home. Their love for the estate, their family, and the traditions they preserve is something you can truly feel during your stay. Even the smallest gestures made a lasting impression, from sharing their beautiful property with our children to taking the time to show us special places around the estate. Wspaniały obiekt, cudowna atmosfera, piękne wnętrza. Kolorowy ogród, świetny basen, pole lawendy, zwierzęta - to niesamowite miejsce i wspaniali własciciele, dzięi którym jest tam tak klimatycznie. Rewelacyjne śniadania, piękne Viterbo i czas, który zostanie na zawsze w naszych sercach. Kiedyś tam wrócimy :)
