Terrible mattresses.
4.0Room was clean and recently refurbished as was the bathroom.
− There is no point in refurbishing a room if your customer cannot sleep well. Both single mattresses’ structure have basically collapsed so we had an awful sleep experience. The shower curtain is too short so water whilst showering goes across the room. No holder to put your toiletries in whilst using the shower. The bathroom light automatically switches on when you open the door so everyone in the room gets woken up. The upper (and only) window in the room was open but is so high up you can’t close it. Stylish surroundings are desirable but sleep comfort and practicalities are more important. We were very disappointed with our stay in Room 7.

Fantastic but sort out air flow during heatwave/ hot weather .

− No air in the bedroom, the fan was useless. Room 1 family room . Just couldn’t sleep in the heat .

7.0The location and finish of the property was lovely. The outdoor balcony space was amazing too.
− The beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. We were disappointed that there was a fully stocked bar but it was only open 3-6pm everyday.
