La amplitud de la cabaña. Muy limpios los baños y con todos los insumos necesarios. Nos brindaron toda la información para nuestra llegada y para la estancia. Nos resolvieron todas nuestras dudas.

La cabaña estaba muy bonita y muy bien decorada. Estaba bien acogedora. La propiedad la mantienen muy linda. Fernando, el dueño, se comportó excelente con nosotros y la casa viene muy bien equipada.
− Mi problema fue con la administración. Blanca, la administradora de la cabaña pidió varias veces ingresar a la propiedad para lavar ropa y me escribió varias veces para pedir que dejáramos la llave en la propiedad. Adicionalmente, al llegar las toallas y sábanas no estaban completas para todos los huéspedes de la reserva y al pedirlas, dijo que las traía al siguiente día. Tuve que explicar por que las necesitábamos el mismo día. Al ponerle el reclamo al dueño, Blanca me escribió de nuevo para reclamarme por comentarle lo sucedido al dueño. Lo último fue que en Booking.com se anuncia como que incluye cosas de uso personal (shampoo, jabón en los baños, etc), pero solo incluye jabón de manos en los baños. En su totalidad, nos gustó mucho nuestra estadía, simplemente fue un poco incómodo lidiar con la administración.
