De modo geral gostei de tudo, achei muito bom sim. Mas tem pontos a melhorar que voce só percebe quando esta no local. A banheira esquenta bastante a ponto de queimar a pele se deixar, então não pode deixar as crianças sozinhas. O aquecedor tambem é forte e suficiente, mas nao a ponto de dormir tranquilamente,no meu caso, levei cobertores adicionais e ficou tudo certo.

− O primeiro ponto negativo foi a ausência de um armário no quarto para guardar os pertences. Estive hospedado com minha esposa e dois filhos pequenos, e, por não haver um local adequado para acomodar as malas e roupas, tivemos que deixá-las no chão durante toda a estadia. Isso tornou o dia a dia bastante desconfortável, já que precisávamos pegar roupas diretamente das malas no chão. Havia apenas uma pequena mesa no quarto, que rapidamente ficou tomada por roupas, casacos e outros objetos. Um simples armário faria uma enorme diferença na organização e no conforto dos hóspedes. O segundo ponto diz respeito à limpeza do quarto. Permanecemos hospedados por três dias, porém a limpeza foi realizada apenas uma única vez. Como estávamos com crianças pequenas, é natural que o quarto acumulasse sujeira ao longo do dia. Permanecer em um ambiente sem a devida limpeza comprometeu bastante a experiência da hospedagem. Outro aspecto que senti falta foi a ausência de um interfone no quarto. Sempre que era necessário entrar em contato com a administração ou solicitar qualquer informação, era preciso ir pessoalmente até a recepção. Por fim, como o quarto não foi limpo diariamente, as toalhas também não foram substituídas. Nos dias seguintes tivemos que nos secar com toalhas úmidas utilizadas no dia anterior, o que é extremamente desagradável. Além disso, como as toalhas não foram organizadas ou trocadas, elas acabaram sendo misturadas, e já não sabíamos mais qual toalha pertencia a cada pessoa da família.
