Sehr gute Lage und sauber. Da es in einer Seitenstraße liegt, auch wenig Verkehrslärm. Zunächst kommt man rein, und denkt: Wow, das ist originell...

− ... aber dann merkt man bald das die Liebe zum Detail fehlt. Es ist insgesamt nicht besonders gepflegt (damit meine ich nicht sauber - s.o.) und manches würde ich mal reparieren. Dinge (z.B. Lichtschalter) sind kompliziert gelöst. Bei Nutzung der Sambatteppe sollte man ziemlich aufmerksam sein, was nachts nicht immer sinnvoll ist. Das Haus ist hellhörig, womit ich kein Problem hatte. Aber bedenke: was du hörst, hören deine Mitbewohner ebenfalls.

A quirky property lots of space

− The property could have had a kettle and a juicer The terrace is misleading as it's in another part of the building so you have to leave the apartment and go around the corner to another part of the building. No use for the breakfasts I hoped to have on the terrace. No washing machine in the apartment so assume it's on the nearby roof terrace

Very spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished ground-floor loft just next to the beach in Las Palmas. Well-equipped kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

− Keep in mind the main bedroom area is accessible via a set of stairs. The building is not very sound proof, which is normal for the location.

The apartment is in a great location to the beach (which is perfect for lazy swims and chilling in the sand) but also easily accessible to the sights of Las palmas. Very close to bus routes and lots of choice of restaurants. Bakery is just around the corner. It is beautifully clean, even if some areas are a little tired. Don't let that deter you from booking. It is wonderfully decorated. Nice and bright. The host was wonderful. Lots of tips about the local area when we arrived so we didn't need to make £££ mistakes. She really was so lovely. WiFi was nice and fast. Netflix! Lots of different seating areas. Very well equipped kitchen in our opinion, I don't think you could possibly need anything else. Perfect for 2 guests. Even beach towels and a parasol!

− We did visit in a heatwave however, it would have been welcome to have an extra fan for the bed area upstairs as it got very hot overnight. Some parts of the apartment were a little tired but it was very clean so this didn't really affect our stay and wouldn't deter us from booking again.
