Moro em Brasília, e fui passar o final de ano com a família do meu marido. Como a casa dos parentes dele não cabia todos, resolvemos alugar uma chácara para passar o final do ano. Para a nossa sorte o proprietário não fez pacote, então conseguimos alugar para o período que queríamos. A chácara possui três quartos com cama de casal, e duas beliches, um dos quartos é suíte. A chácara tem dois banheiros na área de fora da casa. Possui espaço para fogueira, redes limpinhas para apreciar a paisagem, televisão, uma sala de jogos, que também possui cama nessa sala de jogos, área de churrasqueira, piscina, e local para estacionar até 4 carros. A casa é aconchegante, possui todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários.

− A casa comporta até 18 pessoas, mas como dentro da casa só possui 2 banheiros, sugiro ir em menor número para a estadia ficar agradável. Eu não tive problemas, porque estava em viagem com a família então tudo foi muito maravilhoso. Mas se você estiver viajando com gente fresca, fica a dica. A casa ainda não possui ar condicionado, pra mim o ventilador de teto atendeu a necessidade, e olha que eu fui no dia mais quente de São Paulo. Então super recomendo.

A chácara é gostosa e aconchegante. Ótima para uma família.

− Sr João é difícil para negociação. Como era Natal pedi mais 3h e queria cobrar 30% a mais. Algumas informações dele e do aplicativo como quantidade de pessoas e check in eram divergentes, percebi que mudou o horário no app após a efetivação do aluguel. A chácara é longe de SP. Ubers cobram valores exorbitante. Compensa se todos tiverem carro.
