És una casa amb moltes opcions on cuiden els detalls.
9.0És una casa molt ben situada . Té un jardí ampli amb molts racons per estar-hi bé. La piscina, la sauna i el jacuzzi completen les opcions d'esbarjo. Dins de la casa hi ha molts espais per estar-hi còmode, la terrassa és espectacular amb bones vistes de dia i nit. El piano i el billar van ser un punt d'atracció . La cuina és gran i està molt ben equipada, la barbacoa exterior funciona molt bé.
