It's not a luxury holiday cottage

The wonderful views, the lovely lounge and hot tub.

− The fact that we had to strip the beds and then discovered that not all the pillows had pillow covers and 2 appeared to have what appeared to be dry blood marks on them. The hot tap isolating valve in the upstairs bathroom was off, don't expect when paying over £600 to have to turn on this to get hot water. Realised the reason it was turned off was that the hot water didn't turn off. This is a simple fix The electric shower in the upstairs bathroom is in my view dangerous, the water is either very hot or cold There was a slight sewage smell in arrival which was identified as being in the ground floor ensuite.

Lovely house in beautiful surroundings. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Great for a group getaway!

− Had an issue with the hot tub, but the owner was on hand immediately to rectify the issue.
