Un excellent week-end dépaysant!

Béatrice a répondu très rapidement et très aimablement à toutes nos questions via SMS et Booking.com. L'accueil par Dimitri a été chaleureux et très aidant. Le gîte était impeccablement propre et l'équipement plus que suffisant. Le gîte est très lumineux, silencieux et très paisible (hormis quelques avions en soirée, mais cela n'a pas été gênant). Se garer était facile sur la place devant le gîte. Il y a une petite épicerie à 400m du gîte. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir emprunter des bicyclettes. :) Merci à Béatrice et Dimitri pour un excellent week-end !!!

− Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de WC à l'étage est dommage. Aussi, un crochet pour la douche serait très appréciable, pour ceux qui préfèrent une douche plutôt qu'un bain.

Excellent. We really liked the place and appreciate the attention to detail from the host.

The house was really nicely furnished and had everything you needed in it. Lots of attention to detail to make the stay special. Small things like dishwasher tablets, scented candle by the bath, a range of magazines and games, chocolates and lots of pillows everywhere just made the stay really nice. The beds were very comfortable. The place was kept very clean and there was a book with really useful tips for restaurant and activities in the area made by the hosts. Overall we highly recommend the place.

− Although we knew we would need our car to get around, we’d also hoped there would be some nice things to walk to in the neighborhood. There was a really nice shop to buy cheeses, wine and cured meats, but other than that there was not much around a 1-2 km radius except lots of empty streets with narrow pavements. That being said it’s was easy to get to Liege and Tongeren for a bit more sight seeing. In short, it’s a great house to stay in and do short car trips from but there’s not much going on in the immediate neighborhood.
