Needs a good clean But if it was clean it would be a lovely place to stay had to cut short trip due to it not being clean

After reading recent reviews I was a little worried about the state of the caravan but I didn’t need to be. The bedding, towels and cushion covers were lovely and clean/smelled fresh. The button on the toilet had been replaced and i wasn’t aware of a leak from the bathroom. Shower was hot and powerful. The hot tub jets were powerful and it was up to temp on arrival. A few tiny leaves floating about but it’s under the trees so bits drop down as the wind blows. No issues with that not being cleaned. Good location on the site for walking to the pub. Had a lovely few days a Leaf Lane Lodge.

− This isn’t a new caravan and so a little worn in places. Still a lovely van though. As mentioned previously, it really needs a new mattress in main bedroom and that room does need to cleaned better (skirting boards). Wardrobe door literally needs the two screws fixing on the hinge so can close easier.

The park is lovely and kept in great condition beautifull place to stay and great location. Enjoyed the hot tub even though felt it was not clean 100% lot muck in bottom.but is undervtreed and during the time there no one come to check it as by he wedensday was not clean

− Cleanless of some places in lodge photos can be provided.. little dated. Outside area nit clean and picnic table at side has nails sticking out on the top slats which if any person or child caught them slats would cause nasty cut and the whole thing very unsteady not safe to sit on. Leak from bathroom made carpet in passage very wet during stay which was reported main front doors very hard to lock which first night could nit lock had be left open but spoke to owner following morning who advised me have slam it hard and they will get it looked at. The cleanless in parts of kitchen I drawers but cupboard very un clean( photos can be provided) bit of a dampish smell but was not a problemalso also flushing main bathroom button is broke in half.

The shower water pressure was good

− Someone's pants and towels left in the washer Broken toilet flush Broken wardrobe door Sticky patch on floor next to sofa Grill had grease in the bottom of the tray Bucket full of cigarettes outside on verranda Decking hadn't been swept for quite some time, was full of leaves and muck

Had a fab time , much needed chill time already booked again for next month we enjoyed it that much 😊

Quiet location. Lodge was immaculately clean. Good friendly atmosphere in the club food was lovely bingo was fun just a much needed relaxing time ,Good communication with hosts already booked to come back 😁
