− Light bulbs blown x5 No outside furniture ,which is very silly with such a good balcony , no BBQ , stairs need grip , as my partner slipped down the last couple of stairs .
Very close to the village and practical, Great hosts, however costly and dated for what you get.
5.0Location and staff contacts were very helpful
− while there were coffee facilities, there were no pods or milk available for us to make a coffee. The bathroom is down stairs and the bedroom upstairs. As the stairs are very steep and narrow, if you needed to go to the bathroom through the evening, you needed to be very careful as the lights above the stairs did no work. In addition, the light above the shower did not work nor the reading light on the right hand side of the bed. When we went to have a shower, there is no soap holder, or tray to hold shampoos, conditioners etc, as it is broken, so we needed to put it all on the floor. While I truly wish them all the best, I found the chalet we were in (Chalet 4) to be rather dated and needs a freshen up, as the money we paid, was in the vicinity of some of the very well appointed hotels in major cities, and yet it was lacking. Once again, the hosts were very helpful and worked with us in getting in early etc. so I can't fault them. It was more around the age of the apartments.
Really poor, dirty and unloved property.
2.0− This place needs a good clean. The windows, doors and porch were filthy and covered in cob webs. Seats out the front were so dirty you couldn't sit on them. The outside lights were poor and it was difficult to get into the place. The fence out the front is termite ridden, there is no shower screen, there is a broken soap dish on the shower head, no milk for a cup of tea, the hairdryer was ancient and basically useless. There is no love in this property. Value for money is terrible.

− The kitchen area was generally dirty. Crumbs and grime in the cupboards Windows were dirty Cooker is rusty in places, very unsightly The layout is ridiculous, negotiating shiny, potentially slippery stairs to visit the bathroom was tiresome. None of the outdoor lights work. The whole place could do with some TLC and a little attention to detail. Why provide a coffee machine and no pods?
