Tolle Lage, toller Blick, aber etwas kühl
8.0Eine tolle Lage direkt an der Küste, ganz in der Nähe einer typisch portugiesischen Windmühle. Von der Terrasse geniesst man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und die benachbarte Insel. Vom oberen Schlafzimmer kann man direkt den Pico Gipfel sehen.
− Im Mai kann es im Ferienhaus sehr kühl sein. Es gibt nur einzelne Heizlüfter für die Schlafzimmer. Der große Aufenthaltsraum wird deshalb nicht warm und man sitzt abends bei 15°.

1.0− Als Erklärung zu meiner Bewertung: Das Haus ist schlicht und einfach so nicht zu vermieten. Die Feuchtigkeit und der Schimmel verteilen sich über das gesamte Haus. Wenn nicht gelüftet wird, ist es teilweise unerträglich. Kleidungsstücke sind meines Erachtens nach, nicht in den Schränken unterzubringen, da diese ebenfalls extrem unangenehme riechen. Es herrschen ganz offensichtlich bauliche Mängel vor. So kann das Wasser im Erdgeschoss im Badezimmer offenbar nicht angemessen abfließen, sodass mittlerweile das gesamte Mauerwerk feucht geworden ist. Daher möchte ich jetzt auch gar nicht auf den wundervollen Blick, den man vom Balkon aus hat, eingehen, da ansonsten die Bewertung im Durchschnitt schlicht und einfach viel zu gut ausfällt. Es müsste ein bisschen Geld in die Hand genommen werden, um dieses Haus zu sanieren, damit man sich dort wirklich wohl fühlen kann.

9.0Very big house with a lot of rooms and very spacious. Very good price for the house. Host gave us some welcome goods, so it was really good. Very good looking and beautiful balcony to the sea for a good and relaxing meals.
