10.0This is a beautifully preserved family home, modernised with air con and a well-equipped kitchen, but retaining some special family mementoes. The garden provided shade or sun all day, and the hostess came to visit (plus her brother lives nearby). It was safe enough for her to leave the keys in the door for us, and she had left food and drink for us. In the dark it took a while to find but its only a short drive from the main road to Chania and the coast. It is a lovely place to stay.
− It was all good. A note for less confident drivers - the entry from the road is a sharp turn (but there is plenty of parking space.) The village taverna was great although the walk back is uphill!
We would love to come again!
10.0Wonderful view of the mountains and the valley. Nice terrace for the morning, afternoon and evening sun. Very friendly and helpful host. Plenty of fresh food in the refrigerator for the first breakfast.

10.0Amazing stay in this traditional Cretan villa, where the past (photos, decors) is masterfully blend with the present (air conditioning, kitchen facilities). Sitting in the garden, in the early night, under the olive trees, looking at the distant lights and talking with each other - what a simple yet effective way to reach peace of mind. We feel grateful to the hosts who where very helpful and generous and we hope that we will return soon.
