Overall it was comfortable and had most that we needed

− Just a little feedback that bbq wasn’t very clean, there was no can opener, oven had mould in it so we didn’t use and the old single bed fell apart

We enjoyed the area, a little disappointed in the house.
7.0Close to Nora and Jervis Bay
− A lot of maintenance needed. Holes in windows, BBQ rusted and not usable, the lounge was horrible and smelly ( should be vinyl or leather for cleaning purposes). Garden’s nice. Cutlery needs sorting and updating, handle if frying pan very loose.
