9.0Sehr schönes Haus. Sehr ordentlich. Umfangreiche Ausstattung.
− Zu nah an der B500. Dusche/Badewanne nur mittelmässig.
Wunderbares Haus, Verwaltung mit Entwicklungspotential.
6.0Die Lage, der Garten und der Charme allgemein sind nicht zu übertreffen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es hat alles was man für einen solchen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Ofen im Wohnzimmer wärmt auch an kalten Tagen den ganzen Raum.
− Wir hatten einige Probleme bezüglich Verwaltung. Haben aber Rückmeldung gegeben und die Abläufe werden nun verbessert. Scheibe im hinteren Zimmer hat risse und somit wurde dieser Raum schnell sehr kalt. Das Bett ist genau neben dem Fenster und somit direkt in der Zugluft. Wir mussten die Matratze auf den Boden ziehen, damit wir überhaupt schlafen konnten. Laut Rückmeldung vom Verwalter wird es bald behoben.
