10.0Walking distance to down town and beaches. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook in.
− The stairs to the upper bedroom are steep. It was fine for us. But would be hard for young kids or elderly.

7.0Carlos was a very friendly and helpful host. He picked us up at the ferry, gave us information about the island and the house, and answered our questions. We also appreciated being able to check out later on the day of departure. The house is as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors were very friendly. The kitchen also has a very good stove, which is great for longer stays if you want to cook for yourself.
− The kitchen equipment needs attention. The pans are very old and greasy, several cups and dishes were chipped, some containers were broken, and some tableware was not clean. For longer stays this makes cooking less pleasant. A small investment in new pans, proper tableware, and a clean dish sponge would make a big difference. There is a system for separating waste, which is good, but the bin for organic waste did not have a lid. As there are ants and some cockroaches around, a lid would be very helpful. Due to the cleanliness and condition of the kitchen equipment, the price–quality ratio did not feel balanced.

8.0Très bon rapport qualité / prix pour cette petite casita sur l'île de San Cristobal. Nos hôtes, Belen et Carlos nous ont très bien accueillis que ce soit en amont de notre arrivée que sur place. Nous avons reçu des conseils et beaucoup d'informations pour nous aider à profiter un maximum de notre séjour. La casita était très mignonne et bien équipée. L'espace extérieur était agréable. L'emplacement était bien, un peu à l'extérieur du centre ville mais accessible en quelques minutes. Proche des plages.
− Si on devait donner quelques éléments à améliorer ce serait le système de la douche qui en soit n'est pas dérangeant dans son utilisation mais plutôt dans son bruit. Dès l'utilisation et également même pas en utilisation, le moteur de la douche était très bruyant. Egalement la casita est située à côté d'une école et d'une école de danse donc beaucoup de bruit à l'extérieur mais ceci n'est pas du ressort des hôtes.
