− Some detergent, and oven mitts would have been nice. Also bring your own linen means towels, hand towels and bath mats as well as sheets. Tea towels were provided

− Overall, cleanliness was under par dead bugs in cupboards, dusty fans, and bulkhead in the kitchen . The bathrooms had mould in showers. The whole place needed a good vacuum . The window in the bedroom wouldn't lock or close properly
