We’ve stayed here several time. The location and amenities are perfect for us. There’s a great hike we always take that’s walking distance, a stroll downtown is very close to our front door as are several good restaurants. We have small dogs who are welcome; all in all, it’s perfect for us.

Basically it is a nice change from motel rooms.

The cottage was very nice! Bathroom a bit small. Dirty under the bed, otherwise great!! Parking is a challenge.

Great walking distance location for Jacksonville .

The location is walking distance to everything in Jacksonville, including wine tastings, restaurants, shops, bars, grocery shop. Coffee shops. The cottage is spacious and comfortable with washing machine, dryer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ & lg fridge. Covered decking area with table, chairs etc. It was great to see the deer in the mornings going past the window. The owners who we met by chance were lovely & very helpful.

− The cooking equipment/ BBQ trays etc were very limited so difficult to cook for friends or family, so this could be improved. Otherwise a very comfortable stay.
