− O único lado ruim é porque é um pouco distante do centro de Guaramiranga ( mas já sabíamos) , tem só uma parte que é em pedra, e tbm pra guardar os carros é ruim porque a casa é de descida. Mas, no fim deu tudo certo.

5.0A casa é bem aconchegante e bonita. A vista do quarto de cima é simplesmente perfeita, smart tv de 60 polegadas LG muito boa. Vizinhança bem legal.
− Pontos negativos: péssima localização pra quem quer curtir guaramiranga a noite eu não recomendo. Pra quem quer ficar só na casa super recomendo. Muito longe do centro de Guará... A estrada é muito íngreme e alta. Na garagem tive dificuldade em retirar o carro devido ser íngreme d+ Ninguém foi nos receber Sugestão: Peço que a senhora tamyres anexes a senha do wi-fi em algum ponto fácil da casa, assim não precisaremos estar ligando pedindo a senha.
