The floors are potentially hazardous as boards are loose and soft. The facility was in poor condition but clean. Overall

− The floors were soft like they might be rotten and one particular floor board was loose. The garbage can lid in kitchen wouldn’t stay closed. A severe ant infestation was a problem from start to finish. It looked like black mold was growing on the bottom of shower curtain. Back yard was littered with dog, dear and possibly bear poop.

− The front door locks are EXTREMELY hard to open. There was no outside access to water to wash sand from the beach even though the property is about 2 blocks from the beach
