Totalmente desrespeitosa, desumana e humilhante

− Recebemos a casa suja, cheia de entulhos e com um vazamento de água que impossibilitava o uso. Não tinha utensílios de cozinha, não tem geladeira nem fogão, tivemos que pagar por fora uma geladeira que não funcionava, perdemos os alimentos que compramos. Os colchões todos mofados e sujos, ventiladores da pior qualidade, e nenhum suporte digno tivemos, ficamos a mercê de todo tipo de prejuízos.
