Architect's summer house by the beach♡

It is a lovely place to stay but a bit overpriced for the quality it gives you.

Lovely place for families, very close to the seaside. The house has a charming yard where the kids could play in the evenings. We experienced a few issues during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and resolve them. There were also children’s books and board games available, which we really enjoyed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we had everything we needed for our stay.

− We had a few issues during our stay. The beds were very uncomfortable, and for the first two nights we couldn’t sleep well. The host responded quickly and brought us new top mattresses, which helped. However, most of the outdoor chairs are broken, and the kitchen is very outdated, with only one hob not working—the larger one doesn’t function. The washing machine is also broken, and you need to use a knife to open the door. Lastly, the internet connection was very unstable, and the last two days we did not have at all, which made it difficult to work while the kids were asleep. If these issues are fixed, the place has the potential to offer a great stay.

Location near the sea. Very nice beach bar next door but noisy at night.

− Lots of broken things (bed, chairs, shower tay, doors locks, mosquito nets...). Not secure. Very minimal side sea view. Ants in the kitchen. Interior surface area much less than 92m2. Closet cluttered with the owner's personal belongings. No shutters. Not very ergonomic for an "architect's house". No welcome. False ad. No real commercial gesture.

A quiet location where you can breath slower and fill in with energy.

We found a very helpful host (we were able to check in sooner which was great for our schedule) and a good &easy way to check in and out!. The house is very conveniently located to the waterfront (150m to the shore and a bit more to find a more sandy beach) and the fact that it has a garden and terrace which allowed us to spend time outside with the kids. The facility is compact and has the needed utensils and amenities. The location is in a quiet area and is therefore suited best for families and people seeking a more relaxed and tranquil areas.

− Smaller bits of the location could need some touch-up and renovation (parts of the walls near the dorm window and part of the ceiling in the bigger dorm) but I think this is already on the owners to-do list and for a tourist who spends more time outside on beach, walks or in the town, this should not be the most essential part.
