− Faltaba limpieza (en la ducha había pelos) el horno de la cocina no andaba, vajilla de mala calidad (cubiertos) los colchones "comodos" pero les faltaba limpieza. Mueble de living, sillas del comedor y mesa del fondo bastante deterioradas.
