− The cleanliness: found blood on one bed sheet and microwave was covered in food and many plates and pots were sticky and not washed properly. It rained and the courtyard became completely flooded. Had to remove our shoes to get through the ankle deep water to the front door or to the road. There was no soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, sugar, ice - nothing. The rug in the lounge was in desperate need of a clean. We stayed out of the house for most of the weekend just so we wouldn’t have to be in the house.
