Great proximity to the beach, but.......

− Not clean, no care over presentation, gave us the wrong access code, couldn't lock the bathroom door from inside or out, coffee was a hard stale brick, clock wasn't working and no replacement batteries available, one towel each for a two night stay, walkway to the beach is overgrown in places, no wifi. Marketed as Kiwiana bach but charges for upper range accommodation.
