This property is located on the top of a very steep hill, a car is essential to get to Kaiteriteri as there is limited, if any, footpath. The beds are comfortable with nice bedding. Shower water pressure was good. A large smart TV was welcomed. The kitchen is well stocked. A washing machine is provided. Great views of night sky from surround deck.

− The 2 bed-accommodation is on the top floor of the building, getting our heavy suitcases up the garden’s very narrow stony paths was difficult. The property, if accessing later in evening, might be hard to find, we struggled in daylight, a neighbour we approached wasn’t helpful. The property felt like it needed a really good dusting as there were a lot of cobwebs. The owner’s goods in the property felt a little over-whelming. Views are limited due to high surrounding foliage. Deck would benefit from a couple more loungers.

The property itself is lovely, with an absolutely perfect location and astonishing views.

− The management company was disappointing. The WiFi credentials were left blank in the online guide, and despite calling and emailing, it took 48 hours to get a response. We were eventually told the password was on the back of the router, but since the device was screwed to the wall, this was neither intuitive nor easy to access without fearing we’d damage the property. Additionally, for the price charged, the master bedroom mattress is of very poor quality; it is so worn that there are deep permanent dips on both sides, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

− Pesonal war unhöflich,. Wir waren bisschen früher angekommen, weil mit Fähre von Wellington nach Picton in frühmorgens ankamm. Wir waren alle müde und kaum geschlafen. Wir haben gebeten, ob wir bisschen früher einchecken können. Keine Antwort bekommen. Wir waren vor Ort und wurden auch von Putzenperaonal abgelehnt. Wir dürfen unsere Koffer auch nicht zuerst ablegen. Schlimm ist : Zimmer ist nicht sehr sauber, das Heizgerä hat viele Staub gesammelt Im Besteckschubladen gab viele Dreck. Im Kühlschrank gibt es viele Essenreste, mit geöffneten Gläser oder Dosen. Wi möchten kochen, das Herd hat nicht funktioniert. Wir wissen gar nicht, ob die andere Leute gleichzeizig auch hier wohnten. Wi haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Der Preis entspricht der Leistung nicht

The house its dreamy, windows with beautiful views all around the house. A lot of different spots to enjoy, very equipped. It has everything you need and more.
