− Wish there was a fenced garden for the dog to make it more pet friendly also two remotes would of been lovely to save my husband coming to change over the bedroom tg for me

Perfect good value lux retreat

This lodge is really good value for money, we had so much space for two people and kitchen / bathroom were finished to a nice and modern / high spec. Similar to other staycation places which charge a lot more. The kitchen was also well equipped and it had a good sized fridge. We were staying with two dogs and loved the enclosed decking area as it meant we could let the pups wander in and out without worrying, or them getting muddy paws. Although you are near other properties, it felt very peaceful and private.

− Not really a lot to note here, it is in a remote location so you need to be prepared to drive if you want to visit anywhere or go out. Our weekend plan was just to chill, so suited us fine to stay where we were.
