− It is clearly stated in the listing that the owner is responsible for providing detailed instructions on how to access the property. Unfortunately, I did not receive any check-in information in advance, which meant I was unable to proceed with travelling to the property. I tried to contact the host through all available channels and waited for over 1.5 hours, but there was no response during this time. As a result, we had no option but to submit a cancellation request and book alternative accommodation in the same area via Booking.com. The host only replied the following morning, stating that she had been waiting for me, but without providing any explanation for the lack of communication during the scheduled check-in period. Our request for a refund was declined. Under these circumstances, we believe a refund is justified, as the absence of timely instructions and communication directly prevented us from proceeding with the stay and using the accommodation as planned.

Please note that the bedding will be prepared and adapted to the requests of the hosts (single bed, double bed or travel cot), also bath towel are provided.

Bicycles are not allowed inside the gîte.

Cleaning fees are €30 per stay for 2 to 4 people and €50 per stay for 5 to 8 people.
