8.0The outside was nice and the location was nice
− Its an older house and it could use work and some updated electronics bathroom and shower was older and small

10.0The location was great, 15min drive to the KSC, 10min walk to restaurants. I called when I arrived and Colin was over right away, showed me all the facilities and handed me the keys. I traveled alone, walked to a restaurant every night sat at the bar and met great welcoming people.
− There wasn't anything I didn't like. Colin knows what is happening on the Space Coast, especially Space X. Roger and I had conversations on just about everything, for the short time we had in the garden.
I would have paid at least three times as much elsewhere
