7.0Die Wohnung war riesig, mit 4 Schlafzimmern, von denen wir nur eins benötigt haben, grosse Küche, großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer, extra Esszimmer, Bad.
− Starker Kakerlakenbefall, wir haben in 8 Tagen 13 Kakerlaken gefangen. Wir haben daher möglichst wenig Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht, nicht selbst gekocht, alle Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt und täglich den Müll weggebracht. Der Vermieter meinte, Kakerlaken seien in südlichen Ländern normal. Diese Erfahrung hatten wir auf unseren bisherigen Azoren-Reisen nicht gemacht. Es wird auch nicht an mangelnder Hygiene gelegen haben, denn die Unterkunft war sauber. Wir denken eher, dass die Kakerlaken aus der Küche des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss kamen, in dem alten Haus gab es sicher genug Ritzen und Wege nach oben in die Wohnung. Hier wäre mal eine professionelle Schädlingsbekämpfung im ganzen Haus erforderlich.
Cute old house in the nature, but musty smell
5.0I recommend it for a group of friends or family, it has many rooms for everyone. The house is fully equipped, except for washing machine. The location is really nice an quiet, surrounded by nature.
− We confirmed the check in one day before, when we arrived it was still everything messed up, maybe from the guests before us. The owner asked us to wait for 2 hours more, because then he has to clean.. When we came back it was still dust and dirty, but at least we had our bedsheets changed. Advice to come more often there to open the windows, because of terrible musty smell
