9.0Lovely view and house in great condition. Easy walk to beach. Beautiful sunset.
Overall a really nice and clean property close to a beautiful beach with a good local grocery.
8.0Matarangi was a great little beach town. Property was close to the beach. The property had AC in the lounge which was nice as it was a pretty hot summer.
− The stove is poor, or possibly it’s the pots so cooking wasn’t fun. Bedrooms were hot at night with inefficient fans. The golf thing was a little odd, but sorta quaint I guess. Golfers walking past all day, putting away. Was like a scene out of Pleasantville.

− We were expecting 2 bathrooms as per description but there was only 1 plus an additional Toilet with a Vanity Not suitable for 6 adults IMO
