Разположението на стаите е добро. Чудесни двор и градина. Гостоприемен домакин. Чистотата в стаите е на ниво. Напълно оборудвана кухня.

− Некоректно описание в обявата. Очакванията са за наемане на самостоятелна къща, а се ползва етаж от нея. Къщата и двора са споделени с домакина. В обявата пише, че е в непосредсване близост до плажа, а плаж там няма. В непосредствена близост е пристанището. До най-близкия плаж се стига единствено и само с кола, защото разстоянието за ходене пеша е доста.

Kurzer Familien-Sommerurlaub in Nea Peramos 2025

Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und schön. Nah zum Zentrum von Nea Peramos dass man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Zu den schönen Sandstränden und Beachclubs von Ammolofi gelangt man auch in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus hat einen großen, gut gedachten, super geniessbaren und grünen Vordergarten. Katzenliebhaber werden es lieben, denn die Katzen im Garten sind nicht scheu und sehr gastfreundlich. Für Kinder wird es auch nicht langweilig. Es gibt genügend Platz und Spielzeuge im Garten. Von Sicherheit her, hatten wir keinerlei sorgen aber trotzdem gut zu wissen dass das Haus draussen Sicherheitskameras hat. Die Autos kann man bequem hereinparken. Last but not least: Tolle nette Gastgeberin 💯😄👋! Sehr nett, offen, flexibel, freundlich und nah 👍💐

− 1) Stichmücken am Ort 😄👋 2) viellecht manchmal das Gefühl, "im Obergeschoss die Besitzerin, im Erdgeschoss wir Gäste " kann einem oder anderen nicht gefallen, jedoch hier mit dieser Besitzerin ist es kein Minus. 🩵 Sonst alles Topp!

Прекрасна вила с всичко необходимо и на чудесно място.

− Трудна беше комуникацията с хазяйката. Трябва да се подчертае, че тя живее на втория етаж и не сте сами във вилата. Двора е споделен. В една от стаите няма климатик. Външната врата се заключва отвън и ако някой иска да влезе, докато е на двора, трябва да звъни да му отворят. Ако пък оставиш ключа отвън, вътре нямаш ток... Това, въпреки че хазяйката го разбира, се правеше че не е проблем. Дори напротив, непрекъснато ни се караше да затваряме вратата, за да не влизат комари. Най-неприятно останах от последния ден, когато трябваше да напуснем и ни спря тока още преди да сме станали. ☹️☹️☹️.
