Es muy amplio, limpio, con camas confortables. Daniel que nos atendio muy amable y eficaz, buena ubicacion tanto para los que buscan unos dias en el mar que como punto de partida para ver el entorno. La decoracion y equipacion es sencilla. Es como entrar en el piso de la abuela.

− En verano el A/A es necesario poner. Las persianas con rejillas ajustables no funcionan, por lo que era dificil de ventilar la vivienda. No hay ventiladores, solo A/A, que no a todo el mundo le gusta.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with our family. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sea view from the balconies. Being located in the first line by the waterfront, we enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening, creating unforgettable memories. The location is excellent, with restaurants and a grocery store just a short walk away. The beautiful sandy beach is also nearby – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. Overall, this apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort, stunning views, and a fantastic location. We highly recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Appartamento molto grande in una posizione splendida; praticamente si ha il mare davanti avendo così una vista mare eccezionale. E' in centro al paese di Balestrate quindi vicino a tutte le comodità che sono raggiungibili a piedi. L'Host molto gentile e sollecito nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.

the view is beyond words, everything is superlative, the bottle of wine and cold water was welcome when we arrived at midnight, the host was welcoming and prompt considering that we arrived at midnight. Shops and restaurants really close.A dream vacation

A superb comfortable and clean apartment with fabulous sea views, close facilities.

Great location, lovely sea views. The balconies were great for chilling out overlooking the sea. There was an excellent roof terrace too. Close to a great supermarket (1 min walk away) and a good range of cafes and restaurants. Great beach about 10 mins walk away, which had a little cafe on the beach.
