Lage/ Aussicht, Gemütlichkeit der Einrichtung, Steg und See, private Sauna

− Grillrost war dreckig, Ecken waren nicht ganz so sauber. Ameisen im Wohnraum und der Küche. Köder wären wünschenswert gewesen. Die Unterkunft könnte eine Grundreinigung benötigen. Der Kinder-Hochstuhl fehlte und Besitzer war am Tag der Ankunft nicht mehr zu erreichen, hat aber am nächsten Tag zurückgerufen und den Hochstuhl vorbeigebracht. Grundgewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer wären toll gewesen. Genauso wie Saunahandtücher, ausreichend Toilettenpapier und ein Handtuch auf dem Gäste WC.

Schönes Haus, wunderbarer Ort, großes Ameisenproblem mit schlechter Verwaltung.

Die Lage am See Die gute Ausstattung der Küche und das Begrüßungsgeschenk. Die Qualität der Betten und die Badezimmer waren auch überzeugend. Grundsätzlich hat das Haus für 6 Personen einen sehr guten Schnitt und man kann auch sehr bequem bei schlechtem Wetter zusammen Zeit verbringen.

− Es gab leider eine erhebliche Ameiseninvasion in das untere Stockwerk, sodass man keine Lebensmittel offenherum liegen lassen konnte. Selbst im Kühlschrank musste man allle Tüten zu machen. Der Verwalter reagierte erst nach mehreren Tagen und nach einigen Anrufen. Auf die Nachrichten per Mail/Booking wurde nur geantwortet, dass man die Zentrale sei und den Verwalter kontaktieren solle. Das war sehr schade. Nachdem am letzten Tag der Verwalter doch erreichbar war, versprach dieser am Abend vorbei zu schauen. Das tat er jedoch nicht.

Sauber, ordentlich, nicht weit zum Meer, ruhige Lage (zumindest jetzt im Frühling - April), gut ausgestattet, Wallbox direkt am Haus, einige Restaurants in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

− Ausstattung zum Teil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine, die wurde gebracht, als wir gefragt haben. Die Zündflamme für zwei der vier Gasherdplatten gingen nicht. Aber es war ein Feuerzeug da, sodass wir sie dennoch nutzen konnten.
