− The ad for this property is inaccurate. Although it says that you are renting the entire property, in fact, other travelers will also be accommodated in the basement. I didn't have the privacy in the yard, which is common. The whole time I was disturbed by the noise made by those staying in the basement. They were smoking right under the master bedroom window and the smoke was coming into my room. There would be many other negative aspects, but these are enough to give the grade 1. I think that the ad is false, and booking.com did not take any action even though they were informed. In the attached images you can see the entrance to the basement where the other travelers will be accommodated. ou can notice that the yard is shared and you will not benefit from the desired privacy.
