8.0Breakfast not applicable. Very quiet location. It's Devon so access roads a little tight reaching the cottage but very little traffic about. I only required a bed,shower and kettle so did no cooking. Kitchen Diner had a cooker and fridge etc. Car parking space a nice bonus. Nice decor. Great shower.
− No banister rails on the stairs or grab rails in the shower.
Exactly what we wanted, very quiet and convenient for visiting Plymouth on a daily basis.

10.0nice and quiet. narrow lanes on approach. good direcions given by the host.and a little table to sit at outside in the shared courtyard plus private parking.
