It was a beautiful property in a perfect location. Plenty of room to enjoy with our family of 7. Lots of games as well to play on the rainy days! It was a perfect holiday get away!

We had an ideal 3-day stay at Cozy Beach. The beach house was comfortable and the view spectacular.

This beach home was located directly on Long Island Sound. Although an older home, the kitchen was newly renovated as well as a huge deck that spanned the front of the house. Certainly in the warmer months, you would spend your time on that beautiful deck. However, we were there in late November in cooler weather and the home heat was excellant making the house cosy. The beds were comfy and the front bedroom has a wall of windows facing the water thus providing a lovely view. Also, conveniently we had access to a washer and dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together there for a few days over Thanksgiving. Fortunately, this place was dog friendly allowing our sweet dog to join us.

− As a family of 6 composed of 5 adults and 1 toddler having only 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath was sometimes challenging.
