Overpriced christmas stay
5.0Quiet area cozy beds.staff very nice at niche.
− Cutlery handles. Kept coming off,shower leaked on electric smoke detector in kitchen, Stairs not great no rail,oven dirty,wasn't homley engaged signs on toilets.

5.0Beds uncomfortably, bedding cheap & scratchy,nowhere to hang anything, photos misleading rooms very small, except lounge, steep stairs no rails.
I would hesitate to use this company in future.
4.0The location is very good. The area is calm and safe.
− The place wasn’t clean. We have to wash all the plates and cutleries before use, because they were stained and not clean. Some pillows were stained, we had to use our own throws to cover the pillows. We were 8 but only found 5 forks in the kitchen so some of us have to uncomfortably use spoons to eat. Only one bin lining in place for the 3 nights. The sofa in the living room hides a lot of dirt underneath. The wardrobe (in the room with the en-suite) is falling apart, toilet sit is broken.
