Great place to stay, within a few minutes walk of the centre
10.0The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the communication was excellent. The property had everything we needed for a short stay in Canterbury and we were delighted with the space. Just a short walk to the supermarkets and city walls. Perfect for us three oldies!

We would not hesitate to rebook 'The Chaucer' if we found ourselves visiting Canterbury again.
10.0I couldn't fault the property - it was exactly as depicted on the Booking.com website. My comments have to be a list of superlatives. The prior communication that we received from Property by Polygon was exceptional as was the continuing communication during our stay to check that everything was OK. The house is inside a small gated community, with secure parking for one vehicle and no more than a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Canterbury. There is a large supermarket within 2 minutes walk. The property managers had 'gone the extra mile' to ensure that the house was extremely well appointed - a fact that my daughter (an experienced Airbnber) wanted me to point out. Clearly a great deal of thought had gone into equipping the house. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and nicely decorated. If we had an occasion to visit Canterbury again, we would definitely try and book it for our stay.
− There were 4 of us staying for a family wedding. Hooks on the back of the bedroom doors would have helped in the management of suit and dress travelling bags. I should add that there was plenty of wardrobe space.

9.0− Property was great but let down by the smoke alarm constantly bleeping every 4/5 minutes which was very frustrating during the night!
